SECURITY GUARD CONTRACT – Requirements Nicoletta Grillone USER

A specific contract with the Security Company shall be in place. Refer to the Procurement Policy. The contract shall be signed following the Delegation of Authority. The following Requirements shall be included within the Service Contract Before signing the contract, evidence of full knowledge of security requirements complying with local professional standards (i.e., security certification) shall be provided. The Agreement with the service company shall include the following: Compliance with Fendi requirements for grooming, dress code, courtesy and a helpful and welcoming attitude. Service Level Agreement accepted, including activities to be performed, timing and frequency (👉 Security Guard-Daily Check) A lookbook/list with the properly identified personnel IDs of the guards who will be present in the boutique shall be provided to the Facility Manager by the security company. Whenever a security guard leaves the company, the security company is responsible for immediately informing the Facility Manager and updating the lookbook/list with personnel ID. The facility Manager must provide the lookbook/list to the Store Manager.

Scope of work for the Security company shall include the obligation to train, monitor and instruct their agents to prevent photos, comments, posts or interactions with social media referring to incidents, theft, break-ins, VIP visits, events, or products related to FENDI and LVMH premises. https://fendi.sharepoint.com/sites/CICERO/SitePages/Security-Guard-Contract--Requeriments.aspx
